Having worked with Jo for almost four years I would thoroughly recommend her to you. I’ve worked with some good people in the last 30 or so years but I’d put Jo right up there challenging for pole position! Not only does she have obvious talent in Human Resource Management but more importantly she communicates her views clearly and confidently. She is very comfortable dealing with/challenging senior management, a rare skill in my opinion which led to better outcomes.
